Ingredients:
- 1½ cups Essential EverydayⓇ Instant Brown Rice
- 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into ¾” chunks
- ⅓ cup Essential EverydayⓇ Teriyaki Sauce
- ½ cup Essential EverydayⓇ Whole Cashews
- 1 bag Essential EverydayⓇ Frozen Broccoli Florets
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Chopped green onion (optional)
Directions:
- Prepare brown rice according to package directions.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray. Cook at 375℉ for 8 minutes. Transfer chicken to a bowl and toss with teriyaki sauce, cashews, and broccoli. Return chicken to air fryer and cook until chicken is browned, 8-10 minutes.
- Serve chicken over rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion if desired.
