    • 1½ cups Essential Everyday Instant Brown Rice
    • 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into ¾” chunks
    • ⅓ cup Essential Everyday Teriyaki Sauce
    • ½ cup Essential Everyday Whole Cashews
    • 1 bag Essential Everyday Frozen Broccoli Florets
    • Sesame seeds (optional)
    • Chopped green onion (optional)


    1. Prepare brown rice according to package directions.
    2. Place chicken in air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray. Cook at 375℉ for 8 minutes. Transfer chicken to a bowl and toss with teriyaki sauce, cashews, and broccoli. Return chicken to air fryer and cook until chicken is browned, 8-10 minutes.
    3. Serve chicken over rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion if desired.
