Start the day right with maple spice overnight oats that bring subtle sweetness and a little spice to every morning.

    Ingredients:

    • 4 packages Essential Everyday Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
    • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    • 1½ cups milk or preferred unsweetened nondairy milk, plus more for serving
    • 1 tart red apple, cored and diced
    • ½ cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped

    Directions:

    1. In a medium bowl stir to combine oatmeal, spices, and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    2. Scrape oatmeal into a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm. Serve in bowls topped with a little more milk, apples, and pecans.
