Ingredients:
- 4 packages Essential EverydayⓇ Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1½ cups milk or preferred unsweetened nondairy milk, plus more for serving
- 1 tart red apple, cored and diced
- ½ cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
Directions:
- In a medium bowl stir to combine oatmeal, spices, and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Scrape oatmeal into a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm. Serve in bowls topped with a little more milk, apples, and pecans.
