    Ingredients:

    • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, quartered
    • 1 16 oz bag Essential Everyday California style vegetables
    • 1 16 oz bag Essential Everyday Brussels sprouts, cut in half
    • 2 teaspoons Essential Everyday garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon Essential Everyday onion powder
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    • 3-5 tablespoons Essential Everyday olive oil

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Lightly coat a baking sheet with non stick cook spray, set aside.
    3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the parsley and toss to combine.
    4. Lay ingredients in an even layer across the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
    5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
