Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Essential Everyday salted butter
- ½ cup finely chopped green onion
- 8 oz Essential Everyday cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ⅓ cup Essential Everyday blue cheese dressing
- ½ cup Essential Everyday buffalo wing sauce
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 bag Essential Everyday shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Sour cream for topping
- Essential Everyday tortilla chips, crackers and chips for serving
- Sliced vegetables for serving
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add in cream cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
- Stir in blue cheese and buffalo sauce, then add in shredded chicken and ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, stirring well to combine.
- Transfer to an oval baking dish, then top generously with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
- Pipe football laces on top of the dip with sour cream (optional).
