Seven Layer Game Day Dip

Ingredients:

• 1 16 ounce can Essential Everyday refried beans
• 1 10 ounce can Essential Everyday diced tomatoes with green chilies
• 1 1.25 ounce pack Essential Everyday taco seasoning
• 2 cups prepared guacamole
• 2 cups Essential Everyday sour cream
• 8 ounces Essential Everyday Mexican four cheese blend
• 1 2.25 ounce can Essential Everyday sliced black olives
• 1 cup Roma tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Directions:

1. Combine the refried beans and diced tomatoes with chilies. Spread into an even layer in a larger casserole dish.
2. Spread prepared guacamole over the bean and tomato mixture.
3. In a medium sized bowl add the sour cream and taco seasoning. Whisk to combine. Spread the sour cream mixture over the guacamole.
4. Sprinkle the Mexican blend cheese over the top of the sour cream.
5. Top with the diced tomatoes, black olives and green onions.
